Projet Corp flies under FAA Part 107 in western Puerto Rico. Every flight comes back as a dated, georeferenced record of what stood on the ground that day — fingerprinted at capture, and filed so it can be found again years later.

  1. Fingerprinted at capture

    Every file gets a SHA-256 hash the day it lands. The archive only takes additions: a correction is filed on top, and both layers stay. Anyone can check a file against its hash years later and see whether it still matches the day it was taken.

  2. What enters, what leaves

    The flight calendar is agreed up front and covers the full scope, so what enters the archive is settled before the first flight. What leaves it is the client’s call — every export logged with what went out, on what date, and to whom. That split is what makes the record hold up later.

  3. Written like a project document

    Projet Corp is directed by a construction project manager and draftsman. A permit condition names what has to be photographed, how often, and by when — that gets read before anything is scheduled. Deliverables come back indexed and dated, in the form a submittal, a pay application or an inspection file already expects.

  4. Where the seal goes

    Sheets are drawn by a draftsman and handed to the licensed professional you already work with, to review, mark and seal. That is the ordinary flow in any architecture or engineering office. Certification stays with the person who carries the liability, and the drawing reaches them already done.

  5. Held in confidence

    Everything captured on a site stays in that client’s file, during the work and after it. The client owns the data; Projet Corp holds it as custodian, under the confidentiality terms the client sets. That obligation outlives the job — it is the reason a client can hand over a site at all.
