  • Indexed PDF delivery

    We hand back each campaign as one indexed PDF — dated, georeferenced, ready to file.

  • SHA-256 fingerprinting

    We hash every file the day we pull the card. The sheet shows whether it still matches.

One file per campaign: every frame, with its date and its coordinates. The hash sheet goes at the back, and your engineer can rerun any hash in five years and see whether it still matches.

See the format before you commit to anything. Sample deliverable format — five pages, built from sample files, showing the frame index, the fingerprint manifest, a correction filed on top of the original, and the export log. Every flight needs the venue’s written permission and clear airspace, both confirmed in writing before the date. Every flight plan names where people will be standing, and we set the frames from there.
