What we do.

Twenty services across five groups. Flying is four of them.

The aerial record

Baseline records
Georeferenced photo and video of the site as it stands before work begins — the condition everything after is measured against.
Progress documentation
Repeat capture on a set interval, so the build carries a dated visual history from clearing through closeout.
Post-storm capture
Flown after a rain event, to the cadence your permit sets, so the photographs behind your inspection report exist the same day.
Fixed-point series
Fifteen to twenty-five capture points defined by coordinate, height and heading, repeated every campaign from the same three numbers.
Seasonal monitoring
The same points, campaign after campaign, showing how planting and ground cover came in across a year.

Thermal

Thermal inspection
640 × 512 radiometric imagery flown over the target. Anomalies come back located and indexed, each with a coordinate.
Solar array scans
The whole array in a single pass: hotspots, underperforming modules, string and combiner faults. Your O&M contractor makes the diagnosis.
Roof & envelope moisture
Trapped moisture and heat loss read as temperature difference across a roof or facade, mapped to where they sit.

Drawings

Working drawings
Figures from your environmental and permit documents redrawn to scale, by layer, into sheets a foreman works from.
Existing-condition sheets
What is on the ground today, drawn from the aerial record, at a scale someone can build against.
Compliance-zone sheets
The buffers, exclusion areas and setbacks your approval already defines, drawn where a crew will see them.
Design overlays
Design intent laid over what was built, as a drawing rather than a photograph.

Drawn by a construction PM and draftsman, for your licensed professional to review, mark and seal. That is the normal flow in every architecture and engineering office.

Project management

Permit obligation registers
Every condition in your approval read, catalogued and cross-referenced to what it asks for, who owes it, and when.
Compliance calendars
Those obligations turned into dates, so the ones with a clock surface while there is still time to act.
Submittal & RFI logs
One tracked list of what was asked, what came back, and what is still open.
Punch list documentation
Open items recorded with photograph and location, tracked through to closeout.
Pay application evidence
Photographic support for percentage complete, assembled to travel with a payment application. Your quantity surveyor or engineer makes the determination.
Document control
One organised, versioned home for drawings, permits, reports and correspondence.

How it arrives

Indexed PDF delivery
Each campaign lands as one indexed PDF — dated, georeferenced, ready to file or forward.
SHA-256 fingerprinting
Every file carries a hash recorded at intake, so the record itself shows whether a file still matches the day it was taken.
