What happens to what you send.

The enquiry form asks for three things: your name, a way to reply, and what you need. The field guide asks for one: an email address, and only if you want the change notice.

What it is for

Answering you, and setting the scope and dates that follow. It is used for that and nothing else.

Who handles it

The form is processed and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, in the United States, and forwarded by email to Projet Corp. Like any web server, Netlify’s logs record the address your device connects from.

The change notice, if you ask for it

The field guide has one form, and it asks for one thing: an email address. It goes to a list used to tell you when a rule quoted in the guide changes — a section renumbered, a permit reissued, a statute amended — and occasionally what Projet Corp does. You are added only if you tick the box that says so.

Every message carries a one-click way off the list and the postal address in the footer. Ask to come off and it is done within ten business days, at the latest. Write to the address in the footer at any time and the record of your address goes with it. The list stays with Projet Corp: it is not sold, rented or shared.

What the site stores on your device

What your browser keeps to show the page, and one line the field guide writes: a note that you have already seen the change-notice prompt, so it appears once and then stops. It stays in your browser, it is readable only by this site, and clearing your site data removes it.

Imagery

Flights are made with written authorization from whoever controls the property, and the imagery belongs to the client who commissioned it.

Getting it back, or deleted

Write to the address in the footer and we answer.

This page covers the website. Work on a site runs under the terms in your contract, set before the first flight.
